What to Expect at Your First Osteopathy Appointment
Your first appointment begins with a thorough health history and a full-body assessment. Your practitioner will ask questions about your current symptoms, your history, and what you're hoping to address, then assess how your body is moving to identify where restrictions may be present.
Treatment is hands-on and entirely tailored to your needs. No two appointments look the same because no two patients present the same way.
Please note: New patients require an initial assessment. If it has been more than six months since your last visit, a re-assessment is required before treatment continues.
