Registered massage therapy is a hands-on, regulated health profession focused on treating soft tissue and muscle dysfunction to reduce pain, ease tension, and support the body's natural recovery.
At Integration Health, massage therapy is provided by a registered massage therapist who works as part of a broader multidisciplinary team so that your care doesn't stop at the treatment table.

Your first visit begins with a health history intake and a brief assessment so your therapist understands what's going on and what you're hoping to address. From there, treatment is tailored to your needs including the techniques used, the areas focused on, and the pressure applied are all adjusted based on what's appropriate for you.
Please note: New patients require an initial assessment. If it has been more than six months since your last visit, a re-assessment is required before treatment continues.
At Integration Health, your registered massage therapist works alongside physiotherapists, osteopathic manual practitioners, hand therapists, and therapeutic exercise specialists, all under one roof.
If your care calls for a collaborative approach, that team is already here and ready to ensure your care stays seamless from one appointment to the next.
At Integration Health, your registered massage therapist is part of a team that has been serving Downtown Hamilton, Hamilton Mountain, and the surrounding communities for over 65 years.
Your body has been working overtime. Let’s give it some support.
You’re in good hands, we promise.
