What to Expect at Your First Massage Therapy Appointment
Your first visit begins with a health history intake and a brief assessment so your therapist understands what's going on and what you're hoping to address. From there, treatment is tailored to your needs including the techniques used, the areas focused on, and the pressure applied are all adjusted based on what's appropriate for you.

All rates include HST. Each appointment is booked with an extra 15 minutes, so there's time to settle in before your treatment and to get ready to go after it.
Most extended health plans include coverage for registered massage therapy, and we bill most major insurers directly, so you don't have to pay up front and wait to be reimbursed.

Devin has been practising hands-on therapy since 2001, first as a Shiatsu Therapist, and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006. She adapts each treatment to what your body needs: deep and therapeutic when the tissue calls for it, softer and restorative when your nervous system needs a rest.
Devin offers Swedish massage tailored to your pressure preference, prenatal massage, and shiatsu.

Do I need a referral for massage therapy?
No. You can book directly with our RMT. Some insurance plans ask for a doctor's note before they reimburse massage, so check your policy if you're claiming.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have a large free parking lot on site, so you won't need to hunt for street parking downtown.

Devin offers daytime and evening appointments on weekdays, so you can find a time that fits your schedule.
