Sharmila is the Director of Integration Health + Education, bringing over 25 years of expertise in health and wellness to her multidisciplinary practice.
Her journey began on the fitness floor—teaching in Hamilton, Montreal, and Amsterdam—before academic pursuits led her to McGill University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Italian Literature. She then returned to her roots at McMaster University's renowned School of Rehabilitation Science, graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and joining her parents at Upper Ottawa Physiotherapy.
In 2010, Sharmila expanded her clinical lens, pursuing classical osteopathic training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy & Holistic Health Sciences. She completed her Master in Osteopathic Manipulative Science in 2014, integrating osteopathic principles into every treatment. Her Master's in Aging and Health further deepened her understanding of how bodies change across the lifespan.
Today, Sharmila weaves together decades of movement education, manual therapy expertise, and evidence-informed practice. When she's not in the clinic or designing continuing education courses, you'll find her in the trails with her sweet dog, Juniper, crocheting, traveling, or gathered around a table with the people she loves most.
Marcelle has been captivated by the human body since childhood—a curiosity that led her from Australia to osteopathic practice in Canada.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, she holds her Master in Osteopathic Manual Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and has pursued advanced training in visceral manipulation, cranial treatment, and care for pregnancy and infancy.
Marcelle draws on deep anatomical knowledge to address each patient's unique presentation, working collaboratively toward sustainable health outcomes. Outside the clinic, she's usually on a trail with her dog or mapping out her next adventure.
Devin has been practicing hands-on therapy since 2001, when she began her career as a Shiatsu Therapist. She became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2006 and has spent nearly two decades refining her approach across diverse clinical settings.
Her treatments adapt to what each body needs—deep and therapeutic when tissue demands it, nurturing and restorative when the nervous system calls for softer work. She offers Swedish massage tailored to your pressure preference, prenatal care, and shiatsu, always prioritizing comfort and individualizing treatment to your goals.
When she's not at the clinic, Devin is spending time with friends and family.
Devin is available for daytime and evening appointments.
Laura earned her BFA in Contemporary Dance from Concordia University in 2002 and completed graduate studies at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance through their International Choreographic Exchange program in 2004.
She first encountered osteopathy as a patient, seeking care for dance injuries and the accumulated demands of performance. Those treatments sparked something unexpected—a fascination with how the body's architecture influences its capacity for health. Laura pivoted from stage to treatment room, channeling decades of movement literacy into manual practice.
She graduated with her Master in Osteopathic Manual Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2019 and has since expanded her training in craniosacral therapy, pediatrics, and therapeutic movement.
Danielle earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Biology and a Master of Arts in Criminology, both from the University of Toronto, before spending years in data management and research within the child and family services sector.
After the birth of her first child, she stepped into full-time parenting. A second child and over a decade later, she was ready to reclaim professional space—seeking work that honoured both her skillset and her family's rhythm.
As Education Coordinator, Danielle brings her talent for systems, planning, and creative problem-solving to the education arm of the business, keeping courses running smoothly and instructors supported. When she's not coordinating logistics, she's at the cottage, deep in a book, or making time for the people and pursuits that keep her grounded.
Pierre has always prioritized taking care of his body, mind, and health—a commitment that evolved from personal practice into a desire to serve his community.
For years, he was deeply immersed in yoga and CrossFit, learning from skilled teachers while also navigating the injuries that came from pushing too hard. A mentor introduced him to Functional Range Conditioning and Kinstretch, and with support from physical therapists and a disciplined movement practice, he built a more resilient body.
Now a third-year osteopathy student, Pierre brings his background as a Functional Mobility Specialist (FRCms), Level 1 Kinstretch Instructor, Precision Nutrition L2 Master Coach, and Certified Yoga Instructor to his work with clients. He also holds a BSc in Psychology.
When he's not coaching or studying, Pierre is with his son—playing outside. He's grateful for a body that can keep up.
