Tsehay Said

Tsehay provides hands-on, individualized care to help patients move with ease, reduce pain, and reconnect with their body's natural capacity to heal. As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, her approach is grounded in classical principles and a deep respect for the relationship between structure and function.

Her path to osteopathy began with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry before completing yoga teacher training and working with patients with cancer at a non-profit organization. These experiences inspired her to pursue a more holistic approach to health—one that honours both the scientific and self-healing dimensions of the body.

She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, trained in Classical Osteopathic Manual Principles, and is a member of OSTCAN (Osteopathy Canada). Her treatments are calm, compassionate, and tailored to each person's unique presentation.

She has a special interest in women's health but welcomes patients of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or working to enhance mobility, Tsehay supports your journey toward better health—one treatment at a time.
