Rebecca earned her BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto and MSc in Exercise Physiology from York University, building expertise that bridges clinical practice with deep movement understanding.
She holds post-graduate certifications in manual therapy and acupuncture (AFCI) and has pursued specialized training in shoulder, TMJ, hip rehabilitation, running injuries, Fit Fore Golf (Level 2), Fascial Stretch Therapy (Level 1), and Neuro-Kinetic Therapy.
A lifelong athlete, Rebecca's trajectory began with childhood gymnastics and evolved into competitive track and field at university. She represented Canada as a pole vaulter at both the Commonwealth and Pan Am Games while simultaneously earning recognition as Ontario's top Academic All Canadian during her physiotherapy studies. Following her competitive career, she completed three half marathons and became a certified yoga instructor in 2022—a practice she still teaches, embodying her belief that movement is medicine.
Rebecca works with clients across the full spectrum—elite athletes chasing podiums, weekend warriors training for their first 10K, parents wanting to keep up with their kids, and professionals seeking pain-free workdays. She creates goal-oriented treatment plans rooted in each person's aspirations, drawing from her extensive background in both performance and recovery.
When she's not in the clinic, Rebecca teaches yoga at ORE Movement Studio, works on her own health and movement practice, and spends time with her family.
