Laura earned her BFA in Contemporary Dance from Concordia University in 2002 and completed graduate studies at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance through their International Choreographic Exchange program in 2004.
She first encountered osteopathy as a patient, seeking care for dance injuries and the accumulated demands of performance. Those treatments sparked something unexpected—a fascination with how the body's architecture influences its capacity for health. Laura pivoted from stage to treatment room, channeling decades of movement literacy into manual practice.
She graduated with her Master in Osteopathic Manual Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2019 and has since expanded her training in craniosacral therapy, pediatrics, and therapeutic movement.
