Adrienne Nichols is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Hand Therapist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy, both from McMaster University.
For the past 24 years, she has specialized exclusively in hand therapy, treating conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and elbow—whether from trauma, surgery, chronic disease, or acquired conditions. Her practice centers on restoring function and reducing pain through education, exercise prescription, custom splinting, wound care, and manual techniques.
Adrienne works closely with hand surgeons and family physicians to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for her patients. When she's not in the clinic, you'll find her on walking trails with her family and Chester, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
