Examination

At Integration Health you will be examined by your Nurse Practitioner. Your exam will specific to your medical concern. Your Nurse Practitioner is experienced at diagnosing and treating many acute medical conditions. 


NOTE: If you require immediate medical attention please proceed to your nearest Emergency Department or call 911.

Investigations

If appropriate, additional investigations will be ordered. These may involve:  

* laboratory testing of blood / urine / other specimens. 

* Xray

* Ultrasound

* Other

Treatment

If clinical findings are indicating treatment for your condition, our Nurse Practitioner will provide you with evidence based treatments according to current Clinical Practice Guidelines. Treatments may include prescriptions for medications as well as non prescription therapies. 


 Not everyone requires a referral but some conditions may require additional consultation with a specialist or other health practitioners. Your Nurse Practitioner will provide these referrals for you where indicated.
